Daniel Speerstra is a Director of Speerstra Hart and is appointed to all major bank valuation panels. He undertakes commercial and industrial valuations throughout Auckland, with a longstanding focus on the North Shore and Rodney. His coverage also extends across central, West and South Auckland, together with Waiheke Island.

Daniel’s principal areas of expertise include the industrial, retail, office, and land markets, together with specialised assets such as medical facilities, service stations, and food grade and cold storage properties. He undertakes a wide range of instructions, including market valuations, rent reviews, rental negotiations, insurance valuations, and compensation valuations under the Public Works Act. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his young family, exploring the outdoors and travelling.

Edis a Director at Speerstra Hart and a highly regarded professional with over 15 years of experience, primarily in the Auckland property market. With a particular focus on West, North and South Auckland, Ed has cultivated a network of stakeholders and is known for delivering trusted valuations for mortgage security, disposals/acquisitions, rent reviews, and insurance.

Ed possesses an eye for detail and a deep understanding of market nuances across key sectors such as industrial, retail, and office, together with Childcare. Outside of work you will find Ed spending time with family, out in the surf or sailing in the Hauraki Gulf.

Joe is an Associate Director at Speerstra Hart with over a decade of specialised experience in industrial and suburban commercial property valuation. He covers all South Auckland industrial precincts with extensive experience in East Tāmaki, Airport/Māngere, Manukau, Takanini, and Wiri. In addition, Joe undertakes valuation work throughout wider Auckland.

Joe focuses on the industrial, commercial and land markets including specialised asset classes such as service stations and food grade or cold storage facilities. Joe undertakes a broad range of valuation instructions, including market valuations, rent reviews, dispute resolution, and insurance assessments. He is relatable and responsive, with a reputation for delivering quality advice under tight timeframes.
